Everything Between the Door and the Next Class
The register, the intro requests, the reviews, the texts, and the screen in the lobby. One dashboard, whether the room is a gym, a mat, or a barre studio.
Class Requests
People ask for an intro, a private, or a trial from your website. Requests land on a list and a calendar, and the desk gets notified so a Thursday ask does not sit in a voicemail.
Learn MorePoint of Sale
Ring up the drop-in, the membership, the private session, and the pro shop from a tablet at the desk. Card payments go through Stripe to your bank.
Learn MoreClass Menu
Memberships, class packs, privates, and intro offers with prices. Update it once and it shows on your website and the register.
Learn MoreReview Management
Text a Google review link before they reach the car. Reply from one inbox and put the best reviews on your site and the lobby TV.
Learn MoreWebsites That Show the Room
Schedule, coaches, a gallery, hours, and a way to request a first class. Built for a local search like “jiu jitsu near me” or “barre studio near me.”

Learn MoreHiring
Coaches, instructors, and front desk apply from your site. Applications land in one list.
Learn MoreThe Desk Sees the Intro Before the Phone Rings Twice
A request is a name, a class, a preferred time, and who they hope to train with. Your team confirms it, and the same menu is what the register rings up when they leave.
- From the WebsiteThe same page that shows the schedule asks for the first class.
- List and CalendarSee who asked, what they want, and when.
- The Desk Gets NotifiedNew requests reach the people who confirm the book.
- Then the RegisterWhen the visit is done, the point of sale rings up the drop-in, the membership, or the pro shop.
Ask After the Class, Not Three Days Later
The Map Pack for “gym near me” listens to fresh Google reviews. The moment they finish the class they came for is the moment to ask.
- Text a Link From the DeskSend it before they are in traffic.
- Reviews That Name the CoachMembers mention who taught. That is how a class gets a following.
- Reply in One PlaceAnswer Google reviews without hunting through your Business Profile.
- Put Them on the WallFive-star reviews rotate on the website and the lobby screen.
The Screen They Look at While They Wait for Class
A lobby TV can sell the intro week, the coach who has an opening, and the review that names the room.
- Schedule BoardTonight’s classes, updated when you change them in the dashboard.
- Today’s CoachesWho is teaching, and a photo that matches the floor.
- Reviews on the WallA fresh five-star review while the next class waits.
- OffersThe intro week and the challenge that starts Monday.
The Next Visit Should Not Depend on Memory
Most members mean to come back. A short text after two quiet weeks, on a birthday, or before a slow evening is how the class stays full without buying another ad.
- Bring Them BackA note when someone has been gone, in the voice of the gym.
- Fill a Slow Class“Jordan has room Thursday at 6” goes to people who already train there.
- Birthdays and New MembersA note that feels like the front desk, not a blast from a brand they do not remember.
- Opt-In, and an Easy OutMembers join from your website. Every text tells them how to stop.

Before You Switch Another Tool
Does FitPortal include a point of sale?
Yes. The register runs on a tablet, uses your class menu, and takes cards through Stripe or cash at the desk. It also covers the pro shop. Class requests, the website, reviews, texts, and lobby screens are in the same dashboard.
Is this only for gyms?
It is for any place that sells time on the floor. Gyms, martial arts, Brazilian jiu-jitsu, boxing, barre, yoga, pilates, CrossFit, personal training, dance, and climbing gyms use the same dashboard. A BJJ academy and a barre studio do not need different software to ask for a review or show this week’s schedule.
Can each location have its own site and reviews?
Yes. Each location is its own FitPortal account with its own website, reviews, member list, and screens. A group with several rooms can talk to us about multi-location pricing.
Can I keep my current website?
Yes. Use a FitPortal website, or keep the site you have and still run reviews, member texts, social posts, and signage from the dashboard.
Which reviews do you support?
Google reviews, the ones that show up when someone searches for a gym or studio nearby. You can request them, reply, and display them.
Is there a contract?
No. $100 a month per location, cancel anytime, or $1,000 a year and get 2 months free. The 14-day trial does not ask for a card.
