FitPortal is a brand of Infuse Reviews LLC. This page covers the FitPortal website and the dashboard locations use to run it.
Who we are
Infuse Reviews LLC provides FitPortal. The gym or studio that sends you a text or email is the business you visited. We provide the software they use to send it.
Location accounts
When a location starts a trial, we collect the owner’s name, email, password, business name, and mailing address so we can create the account and reach them about it. We do not sell that information.
Member texts and email
A member joins a location’s list from that location’s website or at the visit. Messages are for that location: class notes, reminders, specials, and similar updates. Every text includes a way to opt out, and email includes an unsubscribe link. Opting out stops that location’s messages.
Reviews and surveys
Review requests go to the member the location asks us to contact. Surveys are optional. A reward, when the location offers one, is redeemed with that location.
How long we keep it
We keep a location’s account while it is active. After an account closes, we delete or anonymize it within 90 days, except records we have to keep for tax, payment, or legal reasons.
